APRIL International has welcomed its overall 5-Star award in the inaugural Health & Protection’s International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) Report published a few days ago. The survey was carried out amongst over 200 specialist IPMI brokers worldwide in 2021.

APRIL International: top-ranked international health insurance service providers by brokers 

With an overall score of 88 out of 100, APRIL International was rated highest by 200 verified brokers canvassed across all seven categories in the research:

  • Appreciating and developing my business: 90
  • Claims handling: 86
  • Compliance support: 84
  • Ease of use of adviser-facing technology: 82
  • Quote and application support: 93
  • Speed of response to queries: 95
  • Staff expertise and problem-solving: 92

The top award was achieved in the key business-centered categories of staff expertise and speed of response. A large number of brokers emphasise the strengths as an essential way to foster and develop a long-term client relationship.

Health & Protection is a leading industry publication company dedicated to intermediaries, consultants, and brokers within the health, protection, and financial advice sectors. The firm has conducted two sets of surveys from international health insurers and brokers. The results help to understand the international health insurance industry in 2021 which are available in the IPMI Report.
